1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. good kickstart advice By Jay Seymour Before I go into my review, I need to point out that not all of the advice given works for everyone and also some of the statements said in the book don't apply to everyone as well. Turkey, for instance, does not make me sleepy at all. I can get a turkey sandwich or a turkey burger and I'm totally awake. Same thing with warm milk. I tried it once when I couldn't sleep and it only served to make me need to go to the bathroom a little while later. At the same time, I can have caffeine from certain drinks (not all, but certain ones, like soda) with dinner and have no problem getting enough sleep that night. I'm also able to do exercises at bedtime and feel tired rather than wide awake. And it says that you don't remember your dreams at all but I have several instances where I remembered the dream in so much detail that it took up a page in my diary, and it wasn't because I didn't sleep well. I slept fine that night. I've even seen friends clearly recall their dreams in Facebook posts and didn't complain about not having slept well.That being said, overall this book is a good book for helping people who struggle to fully awake in the morning. For most people the ideas in this book probably will work. I would never ever take a cold shower myself, but I know that works for some people. I also know that some people go to the gym every morning (my sister, for instance) and get totally energized. (Me, I get tired and then want to just sit back and relax, but I only get sleepy if I do really tiring exercises just before I go to bed.) Those ideas are indeed in this book, as are many others, and not only to tell you how to feel energized in the morning, but also how to get a good night's rest, among other things. I recommend it to anyone who needs help feeling awake during the day.

By John Tucker This book is basically based on how to master good habits for keeping your body more healthier & more energetic.If anyone just practice the seven habits which are written in this book,i am pretty sure there will be no trouble of the body.The author elaborates this methodology in a classified way which i most.Besides Henry tells the benefit of each step of this strategy so that it becomes more easier for readers to understand the significance of those.In a word the book was really great to read !

It provided me simple but yet useful tips on how to get more energy and feeling better, especially in the morning when I am usually very tired. I am gonna try to follow the advices given regarding sleeping routines and food etc. and hopefully I will have more energy in the mornings to come. Recommended!
