By Denise Keef I have to say at first when I heard that another author was going to write a series within the Vampire for Hire series by JR rain, I was a little apprehensive. I absolutely LOVE that series and the main character Samantha Moon and I thought…hmmm…no one can write the characters like JR does. Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong!!! Eve Paludan who I have read many books by in the past, wrote an awesome story from Kingsley Fulcrum’s POV perfectly! This was so awesome hearing Kingsley…that big…wolfy lawyer tell his view of a story in which he and Samantha have to try and save a client of his was absolutely brilliant! To delve into his thoughts and feelings about Sam gave a whole new outlook on their relationship. Ms. Paludan never varied from the true characters from the series but added a whole new insight on how Kingsley himself sees things and feels about his love for Samantha. Fang also comes along for the ride and also Sam’s sister who has secrets of her own that are reveled. So if you are a fan of the Vampire for Hire series and are on the fence about reading this spinoff of the series…DO NOT hesitate to buy it!!! You will love this addition to the series and if like me finish and want more!!! Thank you Eve for staying true to the characters that many of us love and writing such an exciting story about one of my favorite were wolves. This should definitely be added to everyone’s TBR list!

4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. ... but I do want to say how much I enjoyed this story By CharlaCN I am not going to summarize the book as so many have already done so but I do want to say how much I enjoyed this story. I read to be entertained and entertainment is exactly what I got! I've read some of Eve Paludan's other books and loved them but I truly wasn't sure I'd enjoy yet another vampire/werewolf book. I couldn't have been more wrong. This book was very fresh in plot and humor. Kingsley is real and adorable with all his werewolf hang ups. He tries so hard to be strictly professional and still gets himself into hot water. This is a perfect summer read.

By KarlaM202 Being a die hard fan of JR Rain's Samantha Moon series, I was excited to find that he was opening up Sam's world for other Author's to add their spin on things. Was not sure whose story to read first, but decided on Ms. Paludan's story since I am also a great fan of her writing also ! I was definitely not disappointed one bit ! This was very refreshing to see things from another character's perspective ! I have always been a fan of Kingsley, and I absolutely loved it ! … This was a great story from Kingsley's point of view. Ms. Paludan was able to bring Kingsley and Sam's relationship to a new level of understanding thru Kingsley's eyes. Other characters will make appearances with this story, and will have all fans surprised ! Would love, love, LOVE to see more ! If you are a Samantha Moon fan, you can't go wrong here ! Thank you Eve for writing such a great story !

She is tired of being on a prescription pill regiment and is looking for a more natural way of dealing with her internal issues. This book is a very quick read, and takes you through good exercises for preparing mind and body for this alternative medicine. It's more than just rolling a joint and lighting up.

Ash finally decides what to do with Liam, the guy who was freed from Greed. A wonderfully seusical rhyme is sung. Some trusted friends are discovered to be plotting a new reign of chaos in Hell. And, last but not least, some of the vacant sanctions are finally given new leaders. A really good book, which begs the question: when can I get my hands on book five?

Something used to move major plot happenings along, I still loved it. I wish the romance between the H/h were more fleshed out though. That we got to see & experience their transition from intrigued with one another, to being in like & then finally in love... But the surrounding plots & developments certainly make up for what is lacking with the main couple here. It was still great to watch how the romance & everything connected to it unfolded though.I've figured out what makes these books so great for me thus far. They're deep enough with the subject matter, light enough for the natural, almost effortless humor that you witness with the characters & relationships. The plots are so well woven & executed. The twists are surprisingly intense. Suspenseful even. And the love. Platonic, romantic, family driven whatever, is heartwarming to see.Basically I'm saying this is book 4. I've flown through these things and each book, each plot reveal, gets better & better. I can't wait for Book 5 which will be here Nov 1st *fingers crossed*If any of this was lost on you, I'm saying I HIGHLY recommend this series. Read it. Must be read in order.Happy Reading :)

Contains language and graphic sex scenes.Author Danielle James has outdone herself again. She is a very talented writer and each story blows my mind. This is a series that you will never want to end and I can guarantee you'll be hooked from the first few pages. I know I am hooked like a junky needing a fix. If the books aren't for you then you must be like me and you should give the audiobooks a try. I promise you won't go wrong there. I'm sorry but I can't, no I won't be giving you any details away. because I feel you really should hop on and take this journey yourself. I can say it's packed with action, mystery, romance, and many twists and turns along the way.Miles Taylor is another talented narrator. I know when he's the narrator that I better hold on because I'm in for one Hell of a ride. The voices of each character are distinguished well enough that I'm able to identify each character who's speaking throughout the story. Miles makes me feel as if I'm watching this story play out and I can see it all as if I'm there. I say that, I do mean that so much and I wish I wasn't inside the story in the one scene that's close to the beginning. I won't spoil it though I'm sorry. Overall, a perfect 5 rating!

There was so much I did not understand that goes into settling claims. I would have lost out of thousands of dollars in my claim had I not read this book. By Karen Huard I wish I could give it more stars personally for what the first version did for me and this one will be in my library once Amazon starts shipping them!! I am too cognitively impaired to type much right now but want people to understand that Katina's story is easy enough to read (even with SEVERE Neurological issues -for me at least) and provides such an inspiring recovery from the depths of hell that THOUSANDS of us are suffering from. I am infected with at least Lyme and Bartonella (A co-infection) and so is my 28 year old daughter and her son (my beautiful grandson) is autistic and likely infected (testing to come soon). 3 generations INFECTED and ALL family members are AFFECTED by our illness (having to take care of us). This is a huge political issue and the CDC (AGAIN) has created such an epidemic and suffering in our nation that one day I believe some of them will be prosecuted for their crimes against us (I pray for it). NO PERSON (especially in power for the people) should put personal gain (SO MUCH MONEY THESE PEOPLE are living high on the hog _-- US being the hog) before the health of those they are supposed to be protecting.I URGE people to get involved. GET TESTED!! (Igenex Lab in California is who we trust in the online community and who I used personally) --- LET'S GET THE NUMBERS on the books!!! THEY can't DENY the numbers!!! Don't accept a diagnosis of MS, Parkinsons, ALS, Fibromyalgia (one of the many of mine for almost 20 years) or other health issues that Lyme MIMICS!!
