She is tired of being on a prescription pill regiment and is looking for a more natural way of dealing with her internal issues. This book is a very quick read, and takes you through good exercises for preparing mind and body for this alternative medicine. It's more than just rolling a joint and lighting up.

Everything from how to treat anxiety and stress, all the way to how to get Marijuana and where to smoke it! More than anything, this book changed the way I look at Marijuana, if I ever experience major stress, I just might pick me some of this stuff up...

I'm glad to see that this was not a reckless attempt to say that weed awesome and we need to do as much as possible.
