As a marketing manager, I personally dont want anyone knows the strategies in this book. I am glad to have the book anyways, and I pretty sure I will buy the book if the author has a new one.

After hundreds of calls, I finally developed my personal approach to cold calls. I picked up this book because I'm always looking to improve my selling techniques. The techniques that the author recommends helped to prepare my mind on how to approach cold calling and also on how to break the ice when someone answers your call. I won't mention the secrets of the book because the techniques are interconnected with each other. I would say this book describes the flow of the cold calling process. By following the author's recommendations, I was able to reach three ultimate decision makers and make three appointments in less than one month. I'm looking forward to see what happens in the second month.
