By Mihalis in Kansas I loved this calendar last year when I bought it for my desk for the first time, so I was really looking forward to this year's calendar, too. Unfortunately, (and already so early in the year), I find that many of the student answers are exact repeats from last year's calendar that have been recycled over to this year. I am very disappointed. I won't be ordering this calendar again next year because it will likely be recycled student work all over again then, too.

Cute calendar, however, I had the 2015 calendar and as I look over first few days of the 2016 calendar there are already a lot of repeats from last year. What a disappointment. Don't bother to purchase if you had 2015's.

Not So Real By searight Although the wrong answers are said to be real responses from students, the humor is, at least to me, lessened by the fact that most seem to be deliberate attempts by students to be funny. That lends an artificial quality to the answers. Perhaps there was a fear of seeming to ridicule students, so clever student jokes were preferred over earnest, but very wrong, answers. Every teacher has a collection of the latter. I would have preferred a compendium of unintentionally wrong answers. Accidental humor is the funniest.
