Thanks for sending me a copy of this Michele, it did great to me!I was frustrated with my lack of motivation to exercise, and diminishing capabilities that fed my laziness. The author conveys common sense applications and methodologies to allow everyone at any age and fitness level to keep limber.I wish I had this knowledge to integrate into my sports routines and all those fun activities, which later resulted in injuries and worn out muscles and joints.

It contains information on preventing wrinkles, the importance of exercising, reducing stress, and eating well. There is even information on how to make your own, natural products! I especially like the emphasis on enjoyment (like travel, spending time with family, etc.) and an important part of the anti aging process!

Gilbert is very knowledgeable and credible in the manner in which she explains the effects of exercise (good and bad) on our bodies. The amount or research that has gone into this book is evident. I now understand how our bodies are designed to move and also how damaging many other exercise programs have been. I will definitely keep this book as a reference.
