This breaks up the doshas in a difficult to read chart..due to poor formatting..once you figure out your dosha, the rest of the book others a few nice recipes for the specific type of each dosha. There are no explanation as to why or why not your should eat certain foods and at least one instance where it states avoid tomatoes for this dosha and then gives a recipe for that dosha that uses tomatoes...I find that confusing particularly since you are never told why to avoid tomatoes in the first place. I wish there was more teaching and less of here's what you probably fall into and there's what you eat using a less than competent chart that had me in all three doshas..it is not really concise or easy to tell where you truly being on the chart. An interesting read for free but not informative,I would not spend any money on it but since it's free it's ok.

My wife is a curry lover. This book can help me cook curry for her. I want to learn different dishes at home. I wish there would be added recipes from this writer. The good thing about this book is the measurements per ingredient. I am weak at estimating how much to put in a recipe. This is a great start, though, for great cooking.
