There are touches of Twilight, Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings, but the author has created a fresh new world for the Timeless. At one point, I read for four hours straight without lifting my eyes from the book! Buy them; it will be the best money you ever spent!!!!!Yes, she needs a better proofreader and editor. There is repetition of certain descriptive phrases, and there are errors, such as incorrect words or names, but that in no way detracted from my enjoyment of the story.

This book primarily takes place 16 years after the last books, and is the story of Cheyenne and Colt's daughter, Kitty. She is deeply involved in the Timeless clans, and I loved seeing all the twists and turns her life is taking, as well as all the surprises that come up along the way! My only complaint about this book (which really isn't a complaint at all) is that it left me wanting the next book - RIGHT NOW!!!

Deceptions just strengthens my love for the series. Its introducing the newer generations of Timeless. New characters to fall in love with. It has its twists & turns and exciting moments. Its a great read for the summer but Im positive it won't last a week. You can't stop reading! I tried to make it last but failed!!

Moran This is the cliff notes for anyone who wants to understand the methods to create financial freedom. Tried and true methods, espoused by other financial educators like Robert Kiyosaki or Dave Ramsey, but in an easy-to-absorb format that takes out all the fluff and gives you the essence of what it takes to remove the shackles of living paycheck to paycheck and develop a plan for creating true financial freedom.A few typos here and there, but nothing that would take away from the content. Could there be more meat on this bone? For sure ... but I don't think that is the purpose of this book. This is the 10,000 foot view, and if you want additional resources and information you're encouraged to invest in your own financial education.I also appreciate that there wasn't any up-selling in this book. It isn't a platform for Josh to promote his site or work (they are only mentioned a couple of times), but to help you get a grasp on the topic. Thanks for not making this book a 7 chapter infomercial. :-)

Ways I Never Thought of To Combat Arthritis By Nneka Gunn Until reading this book, I never realized that there were so many natural ways to combat arthritis. I have had joint pain and swelling in my wrist and fingers for years. Normally, I would just take some ibuprofen and hope that the pain would go away. It usually did after a few days of suffering only to return a couple of days later.A few among the many things I learned in this book is that I can:- Start taking magnesium and vitamin D supplements to help my body internally- Certain foods that can trigger arthritis flareups- Things to avoid like caffeine and non movement of those jointsThis was a very helpful guide and a quick read at that. Great content that you can immediately implement.

After reading this book I have a whole new understanding. The author stars off with her own personal story which is awesome to know the stuff she is talking about is real and her actual experience. She explains the different types of arthritis and most importantly what you can do to make living with arthritis easier. Broken down into organized chapters the book was very easy to read. If you or anyone you know has arthritis this book is a must read!

Author is clear and sincere. One complaint - too many instances of saying "many studies are now indicating..." (or similar language). I'd like to have seem some sources cited, and very few were. Still, I like this book!

His previous appointments include field archaeologist at the Northern Territory Museum in Darwin and Alice Springs, research fellow in the Research School of Pacific and Asian Studies at the Australian National University, and lecturer in archaeology for the Department of Archaeology and Anthropology at the Australian National University. A Fellow of the Australian Academy of the Humanities and of the Society of Antiquaries (London), the Australian Archaeological Association awarded him the Rhys Jones medal in 2006 for 'outstanding contributions to Australian Archaeology'. In 2010 he received the Verco medal from the Royal Society of South Australia for his research.

Paid 1/3 of what the school wanted for it by buying it from Amazon. Includes both volumes which is essentially 1 book for medical, and another for trauma. Also includes the online code on the inside cover, which is something I really wanted.

By Miss Jo Emma is surely on fire throughout her journey & I am Heated Up waiting for Volume 3 now!! I enjoyed Volume 2 of The Sigma Chronicles even more so than Volume 1, Emotional Control. Emma's story is captivating and her personality keeps you entertained and engaged. A tough gal, yet a comical exemplar. Another easy read from this author and one you won't want to put down!

46 of 47 people found the following review helpful. Green's best work yet... By Cedarlila I really loved this book. I often have issues with reading fantasy. Too much of it looks like Tolkein pastiche (this isn't even close. If you're looking for a Tolkein knock-off, as another reviewer seems to be, look elsewhere). If I had to compare this book to anything, it would be PC Hodgell's Kencyrath series and David Weber's Bahzell books. This is a self-confident telling of a young woman in crisis, who must come into her own. The supporting cast is rich, varied, and I would really like to know more about Fallon, and Berral, and the young Duke... You are left wanting more with this book, but the story is satisfying and more than worth the entrance fee.

Burkhead A very good start to a new series.Fallon, a Knight of Aerlion, has interrupted his mission for some inner calling. The cause, he discovers is a young woman being held in servitude--actual slavery. Slavery is illegal in this kingdom, never mind the additional abuses heaped on the young woman and only the blindness--willful or otherwise--of the locals allowed the situation to continue. Once Fallon brings it to light, the woman is freed and the tavernkeep who had been her master punished.The young woman, who calls herself Cait, has no memory from before waking in the slaver's camp the night she was sold to the tavernkeep. Yet there is something special about her. She shows flashes of abilities, familiarity with things that might be hints of memories from before, little learned gestures that she does not remember learning, all that point to the Order of Aerelion. So Fallon takes her to the Citadel, the order's headquarters and school and Cait becomes a member. And then Fallon promply vanishes from the story, saving for a couple of mentions.The bulk of the story involves Cait's growing into the order and her developing relationships, both good and bad, with other members thereof and the growing mystery of who Cait is and why dark forces are interested in her and what lies behind the block keeping her from remembering.Unfortunately, we are not given an answer. Hints, yes, but no answer. These questions, it would seem, must wait until future volumes for resolution. The main concerns that I had with this book is, after spending about 1/3 of the book with Fallon he vanishes abruptly. The so-important mission that he interrupted, that his superiors in the Order emphasized was important (while agreeing that the actions involved in finding Cait justified the interruption) is never seen and scarce mentioned.Despite these concerns the story was a gripping read. And I do hope the next volume is not too long delayed.

A fantastic beginning to what can only be an exciting series By Tom Knighton Sword of Arelion is the story of a young woman named Cait, or at least that's what she thinks her name is. In truth, her memories are gone and all she knows is the life of a slave, and in a kingdom where such things are illegal. Then one day, a knight of the Order of Arelion feels compelled by the divine powers of that world to go to the tavern Cait works and is held captive in. When he sees what the townspeople do not, that Cait is a captive who is unable to exercise her free will, he acts quickly. Sir Fallon, the knight, takes Cait to a place called the Citadel, where Cait can learn to use the power that she is filled with and serve a noble cause. Along the way, she has to deal with people trying to kill her and possibly even worse, her own demons that stem from her captivity. Amanda Green has written what could be taken on face value as a traditional fantasy tale. However, she has managed to take that idea and add a depth that is missing from most stories in similar settings. While there is much of the world we don't get to see or even know about, Cait doesn't either, which helps the reader see that world through her eyes. What she does see is described beautifully without excess detail that makes for a quick and exciting read. This is the first book in the series, and I personally can't wait for the next to come out.
