Just the thing to snuggle up in bed with to provide fuel for dreams., editing could be better. Some of the sentences just don't make sense. Wording or phrases are awkward at time. I found mysel stoping and trying to figure out what author meant. Yes I would recommend to others, especially if they had Kindle Unlimited account.

Her welcome party/abduction goes awry with the arrival of some uninvited guests. It's all very dramatic, traumatic and she is understandably distressed when she finally meets Prince Mal and learns that she has been chosen to be his bride. Oh don't forget he is an alien, there is a war going on, and we're in space!!!! Really it's all too much to handle.

Still lots of action and good character development but more puzzles. This is a great series! and probably ok stand alone but you should start with one and follow the whole story line. If that's more pages than you care to tackel at least go back to 4.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Great adventure for every reader By Toni K. Kief I just finished this book last nigh. I was very taken with the main character Kit. Even though she is a teen she is smart and dedicated. She over comes the road blocks set in her way and believes in her mother and the magic she has been given. I was frustrated and yet felt respect for the town of Silver Claw on how they try to protect their own. I am anxious to read the next book from the chapter at the end and hope for more of Kit and the frosty glaciers. .

I couldn't put it down until the very end. Susan's Kit character was strong and full of emotion. I read the kindle edition and it was formatted perfectly. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a fun dragon book.

About the Author Murray B Stein, M.D., F.R.C.P.C., is Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), and Director of the Anxiety & Traumatic Stress Program at UCSD and at the Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System. His research interests include social phobia, panic disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder. Dr. Stein has published over 150 articles on these topics in professional journals such as "The Lancet" and the "Journal of the American Medical Association". He is also a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Anxiety Disorders Association of America. Dr. Stein lives in San Diego.

John R. Walker, Ph.D., is a registered clinical psychologist and Director of the Anxiety Disorders Program at St. Boniface General Hospital in Winnipeg, Canada. He is also Professor of Clinical Health Psychology at the University of Manitoba and supervises senior clinical psychology students in their training in treatment of anxiety disorders. He is an editor of "Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia: A Comprehensive Guide for the Practitioner" and has written chapters on social anxiety disorder and treatment of intense illness worries. Dr. Walker has a special interest in self-help approaches to treatment of anxiety disorders and has completed treatment evaluation studies demonstrating the benefits of self-help materials with panic disorder and social phobia. He lives in Winnipeg.

By miles@riverside This book is helpful in understanding Jung's position on Christianity, a subject that preoccupied him throughout his life and which he discussed at length in later works like AION, ANSWER TO JOB, and MYSTERIUM CONIUNCTIONIS. The book starts out with some background: Jung's father was a pastor, and a few of his uncles and other relatives were also clergy. But Jung rebelled against this spiritual tradition early on, continuing until his break with Freud, when he developed a voracious appetite for arcane religious knowledge. Ultimately, Jung considered himself a Christian, even though he never seemed to discuss Christian subjects outside the context of his own psychological theories: God invariably shows up in his work as the "God-Image"; Christ is always an archetype of the Self; etc.The book's title refers to a "treatment" of Christianity. It's the treatment a doctor applies to a patient. Stein argues that one of the major ambitions in Jung's vast corpus of writing was to analyze Christianity, find out what's wrong with it, and fix it. For example, Jung suggested a Quaternity (Father, Christ, Lucifer, Holy Ghost), rather than a Trinity; he was convinced that Pope Pius XII's Assumptio Mariae doctrine was orthodox Christianity's attempt to move away from a purely spiritual God and toward one that incorporates matter (specifically, the body of Mary); the last chapter of AION "...should be read as a preliminary sketch of a transformed Christian dominant," (pg 159).Assuming Stein is correct that Jung was trying to analyze and improve Christianity -- and he makes a good case here -- you have to wonder if it's possible to psychoanalyze a whole religious tradition. Does it think? Does it have a personality? I suppose traditions and organizations in general do have personalities of sorts -- and attitudes and behaviors and dysfunctions and other anthropomorphisms. But can you "treat" a whole religion?

By Reece Hasson This is by far the best introductory book on chess that I've ever read. Almost every book I've read expects you to arrive at some understanding of the game by stepping through one game after another but this book gives you a holistic view of the game. There us \a lot of easy to understand chess wisdom packed in almost every chapter.

Good for those that know close to nothing about chess By PinkRabbit I got this e-book for free from the Seller so I could evaluate it and give a review. I am not a proficient chess player. I know the names of the pieces and how they move but as far as strategy goes, I am a complete zero. Most of the one star reviews on here were given by self proclaimed expert level players and they trashed the book. But speaking as a newbie I learned a lot of stuff I did not know and found the book to be very interesting and helpful. I can know look at a board and not be completely lost. I know how to read moves now and even memorized a few opening moves. For me, a beginner this was a good book and just because I got it for free does not make my opinion tainted. This is how I really feel. If you get it and pay $2.99 and think you got ripped off, then just get a refund!
