I have to say that this is one of the most concise and practical guides I've read. While many of the underlying themes of the framework detailed in the book can be found elsewhere, never have I seen them gathered together in such an easy to swallow form. Whether you're an experienced process improvement professional, or a first time leader, you're sure to get something from this book.

I've got 7 or 8 leadership books on my shelf, but none with the innovative, detailed and effective tools that this book outlines. From changing the perspective of the big picture to offering insightful methods to handle the smaller details, like goals and metrics, this book could dramatically shift the way you think about your organization. It's a winner!
