This series just got better. I really didn't think that Jay J. Falconer could top Part 2 of Time Jumper, but wow, he really has outdone himself here. Each installment of this series is leaps and bounds better than the last one, and that is hard to imagine, because the previous one was gold. Now to be honest I was skeptical when I read part one, It had me a bit confused and almost ready to put down and give a negative review. But I am so glad that I didn't give up on it. This series of books has been such a joy to read. Perhaps a bit dark at times, but these aren't fairy tales. I just want to write all about the adventure here. But I never give away details when writing a review. That is for the reader. You must really dive into this book, enjoy it and let it surround you. I know I did. Jay J. Falconer has a gift for writing, and he really shows it in this one. I really think part three is the best of the series. Then again that is just my opinion. I would love to see these books in a nice hardback set. Just to be able to display them on my bookshelf and share them with everyone. You really must read these books. It is a great adventure and such a thrill. You will be doing yourself a favor. It is by far, the best series I have read in years.

The story seems to advance only in the last two chapters, with an Orange Man supposed sighting, and the cliffhanger ending, leading into the fourth book. Most of this book seems to be as a placeholder for the next book in the series, which isn't a bad thing, especially as well written as Mr. Falconer makes this out to be. Characterization, pacing... it's all there. Maybe there is more to the story than what I saw, but I won't know until the next book in the series. I read the book in about two hours, and it read very briskly, I was just hoping for a little more meat with my potatoes. It's the only thing that's keeping this review from getting a fifth star. You'll need to read the first two books in the series before starting this one, this isn't something you can just pick up on in the middle. Because I invested time in the first two books, I was comfortable with the characters in this one, and I'm hoping for the payoff over the next two books.

Although I Really do love what I have read, it is more of a short story that needs to be continued. I hesitated when I purchased it as it was $4.99, but I felt I was really enjoying it & afterall it was to be the conclusion. This story is Not done!
