This quick (but action-packed) book has recipes for better sleep, de-stressing, athlete's foot care, flu relief, headache relief, and more. It gives you everything you need to know including how much to dilute your oils (i.e. you'd mix massage oil differently than an aromatherapy bath). I found this very helpful.

The author explains in detail how to use essential oils to improve health and relief stress. I also followed the essential oils recipes for relaxation and I must say they do work! Now I have a way to forget about the stress after a hard day at work. My favorite one is the massage oil.

By LHarrison This book is wonderfully laid out and explains many ways to use essential oils to create different responses. There are also some great recipes to make your own oils.
