I never knew how involved this business was, and how dedicated these people have to be in order to pull things together, make them work so smoothly, while keeping it simple for the customer.More than being a comprehensive guide for entrepreneurs, it’s a celebration of individual success, with personal accounts of those who tried what they loved doing, and walked away a success, without having to give up their day jobs.This guide details: insurance, employees, where to find what you’re interested in selling, finding a mentor, how this endeavor brings family together, and helps you find your market (who knew that these flea market type vendors travel around from event to event? By FLDogLover As someone that frequents festivals and food truck gatherings, I have sometimes wondered if I would be successful as a vendor. This ebook makes relevant points and obtainable objectives for any start-up or established business that wants to reach out to more customers. The authors present real-life scenarios and examples for everything you need to know about selling and promoting at events from how to merchandise your product to what take-out container to use. It also covers legal, tax, and health code regulations and sets up a business plan for you to follow. The ebook is extremely informative and can be applied to more than just festivals because a business is a business whether it's food, clothes, a booth, an online store, etc. It provides pointers on networking, how to seek out the right partners/event hosts, how to create an engaging logo, and how to recover from a failed event. I will definitely be referencing this guide again.

Quick, easy, HELPFUL By Brian I am a chainmaille hobbyist and after a few years of making pieces for myself, I decided it was time to thin out my inventory and maybe get a few bucks for the time and effort I put into my hobby. Unfortunately I had no idea where to start. Thankfully I came across this book on Amazon and picked up a copy. I was surprised at just how simple the book was able to break down the steps I should do to get my own booth/tent at craft faires and even Renaissance Faires! I was able to sell my pieces at prices that were more than I expected. I was able to restock my materials plus had plenty left over to get myself a nice little present. If you have any interest in getting into the fun and profitable work of selling at events and festivals, you can’t go wrong with this book. You owe it to yourself!
