By Jackie Cooper I was thrilled and inspired as I looked through the pages of this coloring book, every illustration is imaginative and artistic, many of the patterns and designs are complex and intricately detailed, sprinkled throughout the book are simpler whimsical illustrations with soul stirring biblical verses incorporated in surprising ways. At the end of the book are 16 additional pages of gift tags, book marks, note cards and small cards to color and cut out.This is a wonderful coloring book to add to your coloring library, or to give as a gift and it adds another element to the coloring experience with its uplifting messages of faith.Grab your colored pencils, markers or pens and this book when you need to slow down from the hustle and bustle of our fast paced world. Coloring for even a few minutes engages the creative side of your brain, replaces the stress with a feeling of calm and a sense of well being, add to that an uplifting message of faith and you will feel revitalized.1. With Fiskars Gel pens and Staedtler Triplus Fineliners & Fibre Tips there was very little bleed through but a page should be put under the page you are coloring to prevent damage to the next picture.6. Most of the illustrations are very detailed, some are simply detailed whimsical illustrations with uplifting verses, some are full paged meticulously detailed patterns and designs.
66 of 68 people found the following review helpful. MAGNIFICENT By Sheree L. Coolbaugh I bought this book because the cover caught my eye. I am so glad I did. There are about 50 pages to color, then there are cards, gift tags, and book marks to color cutout and fold. The paper is very good quality (thick). The pictures are all on one side of the book. Some of the designs have nice inspirational quotes on them and some do not. Will be getting more copies of this book for my friends at Christmas time as gifts. Do yourself a favor and buy this book! For all that you get, the price is fantastic! I just can't say enough about this book!

Delightful By Gail (Maya-G) Taylor Exactly what I've been looking for - this is a great book for markers, for adults and kids alike, it's uplifting, and has a great variety from paisley prints to mandala-like images to pages with quotes you can put up on your wall...love love love this book. I just wish I could find a pdf version so it can be colored on via ipad tablet!!Highly, highly recommended!
